Intruder / Mikuni 34 ?

Has Intruder 440 ever hade 34mm Mikuni?
I have heard somewhere that they last model years had it  :o

 I looked in the 1981 and 1982 Intruder manuals. They show the VM 32 carbs.
 I'm not positive, but I don't remember any of the Intruders coming from the factory with anything but the VM-32's.
