Kawasaki Interceptor fresh ported motor

Just wanted to share a picture.  Fresh motor in and almost ready to fire up.  I just think Interceptors are a bad a.. looking sled

Running Mikuni's in the original airbox......haven't seen that before....can't wait to hear her running....

Like you said, The 550 Interceptor is one of the coolest looking sleds ever.....too bad Kawasaki didn't keep their snowmobile venture alive....

Imagine an H2R Kawasaki Snowmobile...  that would be real bad a....

Maybe one day they will get back in the snowmobile business and if so there are so many fellow Kawasaki lovers I'm pretty sue they would surpass all others. :) :) :) :) :)

Thanks a lot Guys...   Not rushing to get it fired up taking my time.  Waiting on a exhaust mount  then I plan on firing her up. Cant wait..  Not gona make it to the Kawasaki show but wish I could.  I would be like a kid in a candy store if I was able to go there. Yes factory air box I want as much cold air as I can get to the carbs. Just my preference . When I get the ol girl fired up I will try and post it for you all to hear.   Next year I plan on restoring another Interceptor and cant wait to do that to one.  There a lot of fun and cant get enough of them.  lol but true.   Till next time hopefully it will running
