Check the number on the right side foot area to confirm what you have but it looks to be in nice shape.  First thing I would do is tip the sled on a slant so all the gas goes to the left rear of the tank and siphon out all the old gas.  Odds are high there are water and small particles in the gas.  At least then you know water in the gas did not cause the bog.  Good Luck!

Kawasaki had an "anti siphon" fuel pump on many sleds.  The current kits available are missing one hole that is very easy to add.  What is the stamped number in the right foot area?

I really like how it was made very nice to work on. for example side motor mounts, nice straight shot at exhaust manifold. great looking motor. Its on craigslist cause i want a nice trail banger. A guy gonna trade me nice 99 xc 700. im leaning in that direction..

795 is fair if the plastic parts are all really good and no cracked parts anyplace else.  It all depends on what you want I guess??
