Hopefully we can do another group photo of a bunch of sweet looking Kawasakis out on the lake again.  I missed last year due to unforseen problems but I will be there this year even if I have to drive the sleds there all the way from home!

Saaay, that might be a good time!!

Don't know if I even got 2 miles on mine, went to a few local shows but mostly on and off the trailer. This year we can only hope for some snow....

Last time I was there, we met at the  restaurant about 3/4 of the way around the lake for lunch and the picture. (didn't make it last year)  lined up for the picture  and afterwards got a bite to eat.  Seemed to work out pretty good We should try to meet up to do the ride around the lake together. I hear from people all the time about the group of Kawis on the trail ride.

Hoping we get some more snow as the warm weather and rain from the other day took it's toll. Much colder today and a bit of light snow is falling right now.  This week is supposed to be much cooler, that should help with the ice. I have heard that they will have much more parking off the ice so even thin ice won't be a problem.

Planning on heading out early Sat morning, staying at the old standby, Chanhassen Inn.  Judging on Sunday for the show...  Driving the wife's Mountaineer and going to try to park in the lot just north of the swap meet.

Took a picture of my collection of buttons from past Waconia events... Kind of scary...

Bumped into Winter Thunder looking for parts, He didn't bring any sleds, Also ran into Alex and a few others on the lake. I got my Intruder  but they disappeared so I did a few laps just for the heck of it. Took a few pics of my sleds on the ice.

They canceled the trail ride this morning so that made it a short day. Swap meet was uneventful, not as much as other years Found a few parts but nothing I needed.  Pictures when I get home (to a real computer)

The 340 Drifter looks to be in great shape.  Have they had that many Kawi's in the show before?

usually 3 or 4 (not counting mine) but first time I saw 2 Interceptors. both in nice shape.
They need to have a Kawasaki year (and maybe a Kawasaki powered sled  with it)

Next year is Yamaha and Yamaha powered sleds....
