78 invader front shocks.

Does anyone have any part numbers for a 78 invaders front shocks? That may work for replacements? I have one that’s Seized up. Thanks.

Part # 45014-3502 is for the front shocks. parts unlimited might have a replacement one.

I’ve been looking....Can’t find a replacement? I did find the rear shock just not the fronts. Dang it!

There are some aftermarket are not the exactly the same dimensions but will work.  I would suggest calling denniskirk with the dimensions of the stock one, they should be able to help you.

08-114-16 is the part number on mine... google the number and it does bring up the shock. it's aftermarket the body of the shock is longer then the original.

They seem to work ok I have only used the sled a few times on the lake as it is still a work in progress. These ones came on the sled.
I would still go with gixxer6 first for more options

I put the kimpex rear gas shocks on my invader skis last year. It lifts the front up about an inch but you won't believe how much better it takes the bumps. You have to use a ratchet straps around the shock to get it on.

I have the Kimpex gas shock on the rear of both Invaders it makes for a considerable better ride.  I never thought of putting them on the front, that’s a great idea.
