LTD throttle cable

any leads on a throttle cable for a 1982 LTD? do any of the universal cables work?

I have used universal cables and they seem to work okay.

**Does it have butterfly carbs or the round slides? If it has round slides than the rest of this applys.** :I've looked at that one in the past, dennis kirk also used to sell one similar. Considering it has 2 stars that says it doesn't fit, I wouldn't trust it. Here is a link to an F/C intruder cable that looks almost identical, from the Pictures, to my personal invader cables. I'm not positive but I think they are all the same (again im not positive, but if the carbs are 36mm than the throw and cable ends should match)
