Well, not that I would build and try to pass off a phony TOC, but I do have this spare invader that needs a new paint job and I was considering something other than basic blue.

My problem is that I only have few little photos that are hard to read.

here's a couple, don't know if they will help you or not.  1st is from an article Rude Dog sent me when I first built my web page and the second is of the one Rude Dog owns:

Hey Mark,

I have a whole bunch of pictures of 1980 TOC sleds but only a few of the 79's. The major difference between the years (other than Black vs. White) is that the 1979's used the Intruder style decals but the 1980's used the Invader style decals in white on the cowl and green later style stripes on the tunnel.  I say go for it. Your not gonna (nor are you trying to) fool anyone, but you will draw some attention to our passion!

I've actually been considering a TOC scheme for the 340 Drifter F/A. I have a lot of work to do before I'm at the paint stage but my son really wants to do a GREEN Drifter F/A using the original decal/stripe layout but with black over white or white over black on Kawasaki green. I think that might be happening in the future.

Mike, thanks for the photos.  A green F/A sounds like a good idea also.  Can't wait to see it.
