1980 Free Air Drifter Production AND...

   Any guess on production #'s for the "free air" drifter?  The only #'s I've seen are for the Interceptor & 82' LTD.  Never been able to understand why Kawi would only release #'s for "afew" models.  If 1297 for the 82' LTD why not the 81' numbers, ect??

imo    how do you say 'x' no. of 81 ltds when some were re manufacterd for 82...same with 81 truders and vaders....

idk what the production no's were but they made plenty or they didnt sell too well,we bought 44 sleds when they went out of business, i think at least 8 or 10 were f/a's,they all went to an auction in chicago i believe.
