Interceptor 550 Seat foam and base

I need to make some room!  I have this Interceptor seat that I have no use for.  The foam is rough, it has been repaired, but it should still work.  The plastic base is in very good shape.  $100 plus shipping (This is less than I paid for it), can be delivered to the A1 show this November, but must be fully paid in advance.
