Evilbay Beware
« on: April 13, 2014, 08:02:57 PM »
Saw this the other day on Evilbay, auction is for a crankshaft  that is for an Invader. the header indicates that it is parts for Intruder Invader Drifter... I emailed them saying it was for an invader and would not work on an intruder or drifter. They replied that it was not his responsibility if they bought it for anything than what it fits. He never claimed what it fit.

The last line in the description says 'know what you are buying'....what a scammer! Stay away from this seller!!

...  furthermore $150 for a used crank for either of those models is ridiculous.  Maybe $25 if he is lucky.  I guarantee it will be on ebay for a L-O-N-G time.  This is a perfect example of why you do a little homework on not only the part, but the seller.
