Considering the work that these drives do would it be better just to replace it?  I probably have a few spares if you need one.

I have 2 old style clutches and 1 newer style clutch.... Both old style clutches have broken buttons. .. I'll replace the coupler on the 1 with new style but I will still need another coupler because I have 2 sleds

complete clutch will interchage also.check the bushing in the inner sleeve that rides on the jackshaft, when these wear out it lets the clutch wobble on the jackshaft which can ruin couplers. if troy cant help with a coupler i can.

The bushings you are speaking of have a fair amount of play even when "new"...   I've already run into this...   Kawhead might have new bushings?  I don't have any...    I get split bushings made through my machinist with a tighter tolerance. Even though the bushings are designed to wear faster than the shaft itself, there is always a little shaft wear over 30+ years of use which is why even new bushings aren't a perfect fit. Obviously better than the old, worn ones though.  Check ebay if you can't find any through here.

I have a clutch with a good bushing that fits good (no excessive movement) but I still need one for another clutch. The jack shaft is good
