Coolant drain plug O-ring need proper size
« on: April 28, 2021, 06:10:13 PM »
 Hi guys,
On the front of the motor where the coolant pipe drain plug is , the O-ring part number 92055-3008 I looked in the parts manual it doesn’t give a size.. I have tried several different O-rings and I can’t seem to get it to seal..it pinches trying to tighten it up or it’s too small and it still leaks by ..I have a brand new pipe plug does anybody know the size of this O-ring ?
Thanks ArcticInvader

The one I have is .069 diameter  X .397 OD  X  .260 ID.     The O-ring is not what seals it, the tapered nose the 92066-3002 pipe plug seating in pipe 32032-3008 does that.  Maybe a piece of something is on that mating surface causing the leaking??
